Daily Responsibilities:

Expertise in establishing a schedule of values, managing submittals, RFI's, material buyouts, subcontractors, equipment, change orders, attending job meetings, writing agendas and minutes, providing client closeout packages, and internal project closure.
Skill in pricing change orders, bulletins, ASI's, etc.
Proficiency in creating detailed project schedules.
Adept at database management and entry.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proactive in anticipating project needs, preparing documents, analyzing costs, and coordinating procurement processes with the team.
Manage multiple projects, including attending meetings, taking minutes, processing submittals, handling financials, and documenting RFI’s.
Assist in budget and cost control analysis.
Persistent follow-up with clients, vendors, and team members.
Ability to navigate between labor force and client/ownership teams.
Proficient in using software such as Procore, Plan Grid, Building Connected, Power BI, Microsoft applications (Excel, Word), PDF/Acrobat, etc.
