We are seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Advocate to join our dedicated team. This is a critical role as we strive to balance our growing client base and ensure we maintain the strong client relationships that drive retention. You will play a key part in managing and guiding workers through the claims process, providing timely support, and delivering tailored service to ensure claims are handled efficiently.

WORK PERFORMED

Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from initial report through resolution, ensuring clients receive timely and personalized support.
Advocate on behalf of injured workers to ensure their claims are processed accurately and promptly.
Provide face-to-face and virtual consultations to clients and their employees to navigate the claims process.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including medical professionals and legal representatives, to move claims forward.
Maintain detailed records of claim progress and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Support efforts to retain key clients by delivering exceptional service, especially for those with high-dollar contributions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in workers' compensation claims management or related fields.
Strong advocacy skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
