YOUR ROLE AS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Answering phones in both English and Spanish, connecting callers with Project Managers, Estimators, or HR.
Issuing Purchase Orders (POs) for our Superintendents.
Screening for marketing calls and directing them appropriately.
All aspects of accounts payable.
Support with obtaining lien waivers.
Handling vendor invoices, including:

o Recording materials.

o Preparing invoices for Purchase Manager review.

Entering data into CMiC Accounting Software.
Assisting with payroll preparation:

o Updating timekeeping software (Exaktime) and making necessary corrections as identified by supervisors.

o Reconciling field workers weekly hours as needed.

Assisting with filing and maintaining organized records.
Performing other duties as assigned.

You are savvy with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
