Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at HailSolve in Nashville, TN. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, managing scheduling, calendar, email and other corporate and personal items for the CEO. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in the Construction or Property Management industries.

Qualifications

Preferred Construction Industry or Property Management experience
Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
Experience in managing reporting
Proficiency in calendar and email management
Administrative Assistance skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Previous experience supporting C-level executives is strongly preferred
Property Management Experience Preferred
