We are currently looking for a Kneat Implementation Project Manager to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of Kneat software implementation, from planning and configuration to validation and go-live.
Serve as the primary Kneat software expert, guiding the client through system functionalities and ensuring optimal use of the platform for validation processes.
Collaborate with pharmaceutical validation teams to ensure Kneat’s functionality supports compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
Design and deliver project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Provide hands-on support, including system setup, process documentation, user training, and troubleshooting.
Interface with all project teams to ensure smooth software integration with existing systems and validation workflows.
Identify risks and potential issues related to software implementation and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all validation documentation generated through Kneat adheres to regulatory compliance and internal quality requirements.
Conduct regular progress reports, project updates, and key metrics tracking for stakeholders.
