It is the perfect hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine; providing care to an under-served, diverse, and truly appreciative patient population.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time or Per Diem, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, NY.
Part Time position would be 16 to 24 hour/week position, one weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday) during normal dayshift hours. Shift Differential for weekend shift is also provided.
Per Diem position requires a minimum of 24 hours per month.
Schedule would be 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts as options.

Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. hourly rate range: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour, $10.00 shift differential for weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Board Certified.
Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York.
Maintain current DEA license.
Maintain active BLS (i.e. CPR) certification.
Maintain current Driver’s License.
