Job Summary

Revelation Wellness is searching for an experienced, reliable, task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer while supporting the Chief Executive Officer. They will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, efficient, organized, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced non-profit environment. The Executive Assistant must maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Revelation Wellness Executive Tasks (70% of hours):

Support all administrative needs of CEO, both internal and external. This includes staff’s requests and queries.
Undertakes the tasks of RW email responses, and routing correspondence.
Work closely with Rev Staff for all programmatic requests of the CEO, including obtaining talking points and documentation.
Works in cooperation with RW teams to facilitate follow-through of projects and tasks, keeping an eye on the projects, deadlines, and degree of urgency by providing daily/weekly reminders.
Conserves CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications.
Maintains CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences, as well as providing thorough travel itineraries.
Proactively fulfill tasks such as cards for staff birthdays, gifts, etc.
Support and assist the Executive Leadership Team and Board as needed.
Other duties as assigned by the CEO or COO.

Personal Tasks (30% of hours):

Set up and administer Facebook group pages that Alisa hosts.
Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Attend meetings, retreats, and events as needed.
Create on-line workflows and sign-ups for my private coaching classes, workshops, and events through Alisakeeton.com.
Regularly update Alisa’s personal website.
Manage email list, speaking requests/contracts, substack account, content on coaching app, etc.
Schedule personal appointments as needed.
Stay on top of birthdays and events that need attention from Alisa that are not RW but could conflict with RW calendar (Alisa's personal energy and time).

Familiar with or comfortable learning: Gmail, Google Suite, Google Calendar, Wrike, Zoom, WordPress, and Amazon
