Estate Planning Paralegal Position Available

Position:

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Estate Planning Paralegal. We are looking for a dedicated individual with outstanding English and writing skills who is interested in a long-term role within a supportive and growth-oriented law firm. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Previous experience in estate planning or probate is preferred but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and organize client data
Draft routine estate planning and corporate documents
Create and maintain case files
Attend and take notes during attorney/client meetings
Manage schedules to help meet deadlines and provide timely reminders
File and draft deeds

Qualifications:

Friendly and professional demeanor
Exceptional writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong research and legal writing abilities
Ability to work independently, manage a busy workload, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Knowledge of Clio software is a plus
Prior experience as an estate planning or probate paralegal preferred but not necessary
