Role Description

Being apart of an Asphalt Paving Crew at Romero, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will take part in the production of a highway-class asphalt paving crew to ensure efficient production and maintain high standards of quality. This role demands precision, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility to uphold our production schedules and deliver superior products to our customers.

Qualifications

Prior experience in concrete and (or) asphalt or a similar role
Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, equipment, and materials
Ability to operate and maintain paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers
Understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow them
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CDL) is a plus
