Compensation:

$70,000 - $105,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload based on jurisdictions, with primary responsibility for all activities in assigned cases.
Conducting evidentiary hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.
Meeting clients to discuss discovery, negotiate pleas, and provide case updates.
Communicating with prosecutors, judges, and court representatives for case progression.
Participating in docket calls in state and municipal courts for case management.
Conducting legal investigations, preparing documents, and offering legal advice.
Handling consultations with leads and assisting in client sign-ups.
Attending legal proceedings, performing legal analysis, and collaborating with experienced lawyers.
Collaborating with clients and colleagues to seek case resolutions.
Analyzing legal disputes, counseling clients, and negotiating on their behalf.
Managing case files to ensure updates are accessible to legal team members.

Qualifications:
