What SBLL Seeks:

Salehi Boyer Lavigne Lombana, P.A. is seeking an experienced Paralegal to assist attorneys in all phases of litigation. Candidate must be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required. Must be extremely organized and self-motivated. Prior work experience dealing with First-Party Property Defense cases is preferred. We are searching for self-governing, proactive, strategic thinkers. SBLL offers a 90-day mentorship program, with ongoing and regular training. We are equipped with the highest-level apps and technology to make hybrid work a breeze, and we have an incredible team for support and guidance!

Paralegal duties will include but are not limited to:

Drafting correspondence to clients and opposing counsel
Drafting and filing pleadings, discovery demands/responses, motions, and orders
Preparing subpoenas
Document productions and redactions
Preparation and service of documents
Preparation of privilege logs
Preparation of witness/exhibit lists and trial binders

Paralegal Preferred Skills:

3+ years' experience as a paralegal
Prior experience working in First-Party Property Defense litigation
Time Entry/billing experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Clio or other legal Case Management software
E-filing and E-Portal experience
Attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organizational skills are a must
