In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by providing innovative scaffolding, hoists, swing stages, and shoring designs, proposals, and equipment to construction sites and contractors. Responsibilities

Develop new clients and service existing ones in the Charlotte metro area
Visit construction sites and contractors to promote our products and services
Create innovative designs and proposals using our safe access solutions
Nurture relationships with clients through creative problem solving and excellent communication
Manage projects from start to finish, working with scheduling to optimize work efficiency and profitability

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and high self-motivation
Ability to understand drawings and building structures
Background in construction is advantageous but not required
Sales experience not required, nor prior experience in the scaffolding industry
