Department Overview

Revenue: $5M to $10M
Team Size: 5 Install Techs, 9 Service Techs, 14 Apprentices
Reports To: Operations Manager

Role Responsibilities

Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of technicians and apprentices, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Sales Mindset: Focus on developing a sales-oriented culture within the plumbing team to maximize sales and service calls.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain and enhance our online reputation by ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to tap into untapped markets, such as club memberships, to boost revenue.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Plumbing Knowledge: Some plumbing experience is beneficial, a sales mindset will be prioritized.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a residential service team, with a focus on achieving results.
