Join our team as a Therapist at SEE Purpose and dive into a rewarding role where you'll:
- Manage a small caseload of clients with finesse.
- Showcase excellent communication skills with colleagues and supervisors.
- Engage frequently with clients, leading group and individual sessions, and conducting family interventions.
- Handle various situations adeptly, including crisis intervention and motivational interviewing.
- Utilize therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to support clients.
- Maintain clinical responsibility for therapeutic treatment and ensure up-to-date documentation.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Participate in peer consultations, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow clinicians in program development.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Assist in facilitating family support meetings.

At SEE Purpose, we set high standards for our team:
- EMDR and Mindfulness Proficiency : All our clinicians are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and mindfulness techniques, ensuring we provide comprehensive care to our clients.
Education Requirements :
- A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral/mental health field from an accredited college or university is required.
Licensure :
- Licensure is required. Eligible licenses include LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, etc.
- Maintain a current and valid license/associate number to practice as a therapist in the State of Indiana, along with CPR certification.
Experience :
- Experience in addictions treatment and/or working with dually diagnosed individuals is preferred but not required.
- While not mandatory, a background or training in mindfulness, trauma-focused treatment, and EMDR is preferred.
