Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Personal Trainer at Sigma Performance Training. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for creating customized workout plans and providing guidance and support to clients. The Personal Trainer will also monitor progress, offer feedback, and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

Valid certification from a nationally recognized personal training certification program such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE
Experience with creating and implementing customized workout plans and fitness programs tailored to meet individual client needs and goals
Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and exercise science principles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
Bachelor's degree or higher in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field is preferred
Shifts - Fulltime or 5am - 12pm, 3pm-8pm.
