SmallTalk has an upcoming opening for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in either our Scripps Ranch, Mission Valley, or El Cajon location. This position includes mentoring opportunities and being a part of a strong, collaborative OT team. You will carry a caseload of incredibly cute and fun kiddos.
We offer flexible hours, reduced caseloads, an easy EMR system to make paperwork a breeze, and a collaborative, kind team. Our therapy locations have a plethora of resources and tools, and has a large motor gym with a climbing wall, swing, slides, messy play as well as a calming sensory gym.

Keeping your caseload manageable- maximally scheduled for 75% of your paid working hours
