Position Summary:
All services should be rendered with professionalism and consistency
Perform massage therapy: Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy, couples
Provide 60, 90, and 120 minute massages tailored to the client's health and wellness needs
Create a professional and welcoming environment to put clients at ease
Conduct a thorough client intake interview and complete detail notes at the conclusion of each appointment
Clean treatment room to our strict disease prevention protocols; spa attendant available
Perform chair massage at events, on case by case basis
Talk with clients about symptoms, medical history, and desired therapeutic results
Guide clients through our service offerings and help them choose the types of massages that would benefit them most
Design sessions around clients' specific complaints or problem areas
Listen to clients during massages and adjust technique to meet their needs
Suggest massage schedules for recurring session
Qualifications and Skills
Other skills include:
Active massage therapist license within the state of Alabama
Share company's ideals of patient first, patient care
Attention to detail
Good organizational and analytical skills
Possess a caring and sympathetic manner
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone.
Ability to relate to persons with diverse educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds.

Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making
Ability to demonstrate quality customer service.
Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures. Previous EMR experience preferred but not required.
