Job Summary: Responsible for financial reporting and US tax compliance. Report to CFO and provide required document to Finance team of headquarter in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

Conduct monthly end closing in ERP system
Filing all the tax, including CIT and other state/Fed tax
Compliance with local regulation
Contact local tax authorities and CPA firms
Prepare annual audit of financial statement
Reporting to Headquarter for group consolidation and management purpose
Special projects, as assigned
Budget and expenses management
Cash management

Qualifications

Five years’ work experience in an accounting and controller position is required
Prior experience in US tax is preferred
Solid understanding of cost accounting fundamentals and tax practices
Knowledge of both US GAAP and IFRSs is preferred
Prior Accounting software experience (SAP software preferred)
Proficient in MS Office with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including formatting and linking spreadsheets) and a familiarity with computers as to effectively utilize multiple programs and applications
Integrity and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Expectation to multitask job duties/responsibilities
Desire to learn, take on incremental responsibility, and work in a team atmosphere is essential
BA degree in Accounting preferred
