ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Replenishment Specialist to coordinate the replenishment of goods and develop effective replenishment strategies. This full-time role is based on-site in Jessup, MD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with warehouse, packaging, and procurement operations to provide necessary product quantities, correct orders, and on-time deliveries through proper daily production scheduling of packaging and processing materials.
Maintain multi line product replenishment from vendors and suppliers at competitive market pricing.
Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure superior service levels.
Ensure all deliveries are prepared in accordance with requirements and all documentation is prepared correctly.
Interact and communicate both written and verbally with sales force, customers and vendors in a timely and informative manner on market conditions, delivery schedules and product information.
Ensure efficient and adequate flow of goods.
Support business units' goals of quality, safety, productivity, and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Outlook and Excel
Experience using data and reporting tools
General knowledge of production systems and processes is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
