About You: You are a creative problem solver with a strong eye for design and an innate ability to translate user needs into elegant, functional products. You are passionate about user-centered design, constantly seeking feedback and iterating to create the most seamless experience possible. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and excel in collaborative and independent work settings. Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for consumer products, and you are excited by the opportunity to contribute to a team shaping a transformative product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring user-centered designs that align with the company's vision and goals.
Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, and content teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and continuously iterate on the product.
Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience across all platforms (mobile, web, etc.).
Create and maintain design systems that scale as the product evolves.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains innovative and user-friendly.
Contribute to strategic discussions about product direction and user experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio showcasing consumer-focused product designs.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Ability to turn complex problems into simple, functional, and beautiful designs.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of current design trends, patterns, and best practices.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
Familiarity with front-end development is a plus, but not required.
