Business Valuation Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyze and incorporate financial statements, tax returns, and other information into valuation models
Perform company, industry, and economic research
Search for relevant public and private market multiples
Document and ensure quality control of work product
Compose appropriate narrative reports to support valuation analyses
Participate in client meetings
Other duties as required

Qualifications:

Recent college graduate or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft products.
Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
Project management skills.
Team-oriented mindset.
