*Full-Time Psychiatric Counselor *

*Position Type: *Full-time, direct care professional
*Hourly Rate: *$20 - $25/hour (depending on related experience)
*Position Location: *Homestead, PA.
*Schedule: *M-F, 12:00am - 8:00am (overnight shift)
*What to Expect: *TCV is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and responsible person to join the treatment team serving adults with behavioral health challenges.
* Encourage individuals to meet their recovery goals, i.e.: actively participate in treatment and therapeutic activities to enhance their lives.
* Monitor individuals’ physical and emotional well-being, use de-escalation and emergency techniques, when necessary,
* Develop and teach strategies to promote wellness and independence.
* Collaborate with the treatment team including but not limited to psychiatrist, therapist, nurses and service coordinators.
*Position Requirements: *
* Bachelor's Degree in Social/Human Services or related field *required*.
* Prior experience working in social services with adults with behavioral health disorders
* 18 years of age or older required.
* Valid Driver's License & Driving History (MVR), 3 years of previous driving experience required.
* Must have federal, state clearances as well as a pre-employment physical and drug screening
