Compensation

$125,000 Total compensation, DOE

Responsibilities

Analyze and manage complex family law cases from signing through a positive settlement or trial.
Efficiently delegate responsibilities to paralegals and ensure tasks are timely completed.
Ensure that clients' legal and emotional needs are met during divorce or modification process.
Design litigation plan that maximizes benefits to clients while allowing for positive, early settlement
Conduct client strategy sessions, hearings, depositions, mediations or trials
Work with financial and custody experts to orchastrate positive settlements or prepare for trial

Qualifications

have extensive knowledge of the Texas Family Code

Enjoy taking cases to trial or pursuing aggressive, early settlements

Must be able to manage a large docket

Work with and delegate to large spectrum of personalities
Must be teachable and flexible
Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills
Must be able to project and deserve confidence in legal skills
