Part-Time Finance and Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Finance and Data Entry Staff. This role will focus primarily on data entry and maintaining financials records for our family office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience with data management tools such as Excel, and have strong computer efficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and Adobe. Education in accounting, finance, or related fields can be helpful but are not required. Candidates should plan on working, in the office, 20-25 hours a week (flexible days and hours).

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input and manage financial data into QuickBooks and other systems..
Use Excel to maintain and organize monthly expense reports
Handle data entry related to purchases, payments, and financial transactions.
Communicate via email and phone to gather or verify information.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and office information.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency, and advanced level in Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Chrome, & Internet is a must.
Accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (preferred but not required)
Previous experience with data entry or administrative roles.
Experience working in an office environment.
