Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant. The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide top-notch administrative support to management, attorneys, and clients, ensuring a successful customer experience and efficient operations. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and manage all appointment logistics. Organize and maintain filing systems, both physically and digitally, legal document preparation, client communication, answer calls, and assist in projects, research tasks, or any initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in an administrative role in a legal setting
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (word, outlook) and legal case management software
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Bachelor's degree with experience in the legal field
