A plaintiff’s civil litigation firm with locations in Little Rock, AR; is seeking an entry-level/mid-level attorney, preferably with experience handling pre-litigation, for its Little Rock office. This attorney will be responsible for handling pre-suit matters for the firm’s civil litigation practice. Job duties will include client intake, calculating statute of limitations, overseeing billing records requests, and preparing initial pleadings and discovery requests. Must have attention to details, like to communicate with people, have a pleasant personality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting. Must have the ability to prioritize and multitask. This is a great opportunity for a motivated person.
Part-time or full time
Flexible; will work around applicant’s schedule.
Business hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
Maintain client relationships.
Prepare legal reports and documents.
The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
