Job Description:

We are seeking a Full-Time Project Manager/Draftsperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, experience managing projects, and in-depth knowledge of NYC zoning and building codes. This role potentially offers the flexibility to work partially or entirely remotely using Microsoft Teams for daily check-ins if experience and productivity meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD.

· Manage projects related to condo, coop and restaurant renovations in the borough of Manhattan and enlargement and new construction of buildings in NYC’s outer boroughs.

· Ensure compliance with NYC zoning resolution and building code.

· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and city agencies.

· Submit and track permit applications and resolve objections from examiners.

· Organize and maintain project documentation and schedules.

· Attend virtual or in-person meetings as required.

Requirements:

· Degree in Architecture from an accredited school.

· 3-5+ years of experience in architectural drafting and project management.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

· Extensive knowledge of NYC zoning resolution and building code.

· Highly organized, self-motivated, and a strong team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Licensed Filing Representative with NYC DOB (a plus).

· Experience in 3D modeling (a plus).

· Experience resolving examiner objections (a plus).
