The General Manager or "Site Leader" is charge of all day-to-day operations . Your primary focus will be Hiring, scheduling and training all employees as well as managing their professional development. Customer service is the focus of all team members, and the General Manager is tasked with ensuring that all team members strive for Excellence in that area.

45+ Hours Per Week
Salary paid weekly. PLUS potential for performance Bonuses averaging $13K annually (paid by fiscal period, as goals are met).

Primary Job Functions

Hiring and Terminations
Daily Schedules for all employees
Staff Training
Weekly Site Self Audits
Process and procedure implementation and training
Customer complaints and damage claims management
Assist in site marketing plans and follow-up with measurable details

Essential Functions

Perform group meetings and trainings with staff at all levels
Ability to perform training on equipment, hardware and software
Assist in personnel issues as well as hiring and terminations
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform all other tasks as assigned
