What We’re Looking For:

Experience: You must have previous experience installing epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane floor coatings for commercial projects.
Work Ethic: We're looking for driven individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and work hard to help us grow.
Commitment to Excellence: Attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering safe and durable flooring installations for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Installing epoxy, polyaspartic, and urethane floor coatings for commercial projects with precision and quality.
Preparing surfaces, including grinding and polishing, to ensure proper adhesion of coatings.
Ensuring safety and durability standards by adhering to proper installation processes.
Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job.
Working collaboratively with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
