Responsibilities:

- Efficiently and accurately receive incoming shipments of products, materials, and supplies.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and pricing

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all receiving, ordering, and return transactions.

- Collaborate with team members to understand their procurement needs.

- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise

- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies

- Inspect received items for quality, accuracy, and completeness according to established

-Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to relevant parties.

Experience:

- Inspect received items for quality, accuracy, and completeness according to established standards and specifications.

- Strong knowledge of electrical materials management principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external suppliers

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutions

- Experience in supply chain management
