About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the daily operations of our office, assisting with various administrative tasks, and helping maintain a smooth workflow. This is an onsite position that requires multitasking, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Key Responsibilities:

Office Support: Assist with general office operations, including sending packages, picking up mail, and ordering office supplies.
Gift Ordering: Handle ordering gifts for Christmas and other special occasions.
Runner Tasks: Serve as an office runner for various errands as needed.
Lunch Coordination: Manage lunch orders for the office team.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, including sending out invitations and recapping key points post-meeting.
Administrative Support: Use MS Office Suite to support office tasks, including document preparation and maintaining records.
Training: On-the-job training will be provided to help you grow in this role.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office support or assistant role.
Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A proactive and can-do attitude with a willingness to assist where needed.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
