Volante Senior Living is seeking a high level, marketing professional to support sales initiatives of company. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a self-starter, and thrives in a competitive environment.

This is a key leadership position in a growing, dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced company, reporting to the CEO. This position is responsible for all digital and traditional marketing (including content), including all lead-generating activities for more than 20 senior living communities across multiple states. This position also includes responsibility for brand management. Partnership with multiple stake holders is a must.

What you'll be doing:

Plan all marketing efforts and execute onboarding for new communities, as the company continues to grow
Manage overall advertising efforts to maximize lead volumes across all communities in portfolio, using both digital and traditional media channels. Develop innovative marketing programs to drive results
Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases and crisis communications as needed
Develop and manage Marketing budget for both corporate and field needs
Partner with third-party lead generators, design firms, etc. to fulfill all marketing needs of the company
Build, lead and mentor the Marketing team to achieve lead generation goals

What you'll bring to the table:

Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years Marketing experience in senior living or related field
Digital and traditional advertising
Content creation
Team management and leadership

Professional communications – internal and external
Data analysis
Start up experience a plus
