We are a facial plastic surgery office. We are looking for someone to work as the ambassador of our front desk - the first person that a caller hears and a visitor to our office sees. This is a position with a great amount of responsibility - first impressions are lasting ones.

This individual should have an outgoing, pleasant personality and experience interacting with guests of diverse backgrounds who can treat people with dignity and respect.

Minimum experience and qualifications

1 year front office at 5-star hotel or in the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Warm, empathic, bubbly personality
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks
knowledge of computers, experience with EMA is ideal

Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming patients
Answering phones, scheduling appointments and collecting payments
Educating patients and responding to their questions in office and on phone as needed
Multi tasking
Other duties as needed

Salary negotiable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
