Westamerica is seeking an experienced Production Graphic Designer with exceptional skills in HTML integration and print production design.

✅ Responsibilities:

Produce custom HTML emails based on project details
Layout print materials like brochures and direct mail based on client spec
Execute project revisions to existing files based on account team feedback
Review the quality of proofs before releasing to account team and client
Collaborate closely with the department manager and account team to help serve our clients
Performs other related production design duties and projects as requested

✅ Expectations:

Minimum (3) years of experience in HTML / digital media and print production design/layout.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Microsoft Office
Variable Data Print (VDP) with experience in XMPie (big plus)
Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing for digital and print
Strong attention to detail and meticulous file prep skills
Meet deadlines with precision and accuracy
Track time and project progress through our internal project system
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
