EXPERIENCED COMMERICAL EMBROIDERER
FIRST SHIFT HOURS: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday Available!
Winners Brand is a leading distributor of corporate apparel and gifts nationwide. Located in Grand Rapids, MI, we have been steadily growing our company, product lines, and services over the past 20 years. We are looking to add a new member to our Embroidery Team to work in our fast paced environment while paying high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Operate commercial Tajima embroidery machine
Read and follow detailed orders accurately. Pull correct embroidery files and thread colors for customer orders.
Hoop a variety of materials including heavy weight fleece, 100% poly, backpacks, towels, blankets.
Hoop various locations including left chest, sleeve, nape of neck and custom locations.
Operate machine quickly and accurately to ensure high quality sew outs with little breakage.
Proactively approach projects with a can do attitude, offer creative solutions
Follow daily, weekly, monthly machine maintenance.
Fold, steam, prep embroidered pieces for shipment
May operate heat press machine when needed
Additional Requirements:
_Minimum 5 years of corporate logo embroidery experience required._
_Experience with correct hooping and backings as well as embroidery on various materials and in a variety of locations required._
_This is a production position. A combination of industry knowledge, accuracy, and speed to complete assigned pieces daily is required._
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
