Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Xpedient Communications Inc in San Diego, CA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency and productivity within the organization.

The Operations Manager is for responsible for overseeing the delivery of all company products and services. This is a pivotal role that directly impacts company growth, standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager is required to have in depth knowledge of all company products and services, industry standards, installation practices and standards, safety practices, and construction processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
Knowledge of Copper/Fiber Network Infrastructure
Knowledge of Wireless Networks
Knowledge of Public Address Systems
Knowledge of Video Surveillance Systems
Knowledge of Access Control Systems
Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Proficiency in project management and problem-solving
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
