PRIMARY FUNCTION: Manage and maintain all new projects, project team members as assigned,
throughout the APQP process.
Duties:
Lead & Manage Internal and External communication and documentation as it relates to:
Pre & Post award Technical reviews
Project status
Cost & Timing
Part Revision history
Engineering Changes
Purchased part components
APQP Process Documents ( Workbook, NML job sheets, job folders)
Specified billing documents (Tool Registration Form, Compensation sheets)
Customer Requirements
Manage and facilitate when required:
Customer meetings (Internal & External)
Team Meetings (APQP, Feasibility, Technical, Launch)
Customer Service
Trial event scheduling & on time delivery
Outside vendor cost & timing as required
Status updates Internal & External, as required
Audits Internal & External
Capacity Studies for New Projects
Change Point control Procedure COP-7-031
Supervision of assigned team members, as required
Conduct associate performance reviews, as required
Miscellaneous:
Travel – domestic and international as required
Follow all applicable IATF 16949 policies, procedures and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with all local, State, and Federal regulations
Generally, perform all other duties as required
Education / Experience /Training
High School Graduate or equivalent
Well Versed in Root Cause analysis / problem solving
7 years manufacturing experience
College degree or equivalent experience required
