Position Summary
Overall construction management focused on concrete through the planning, execution, and completion of projects with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, document control, quality management, coordination with suppliers, sub-contractors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Ability to perform all Assitant Project Manager and Project Engineer responsibilities
- Estimate, establish budgets, cost control, negotiations, procurement
- QC, implement job procedures and processes, reporting, complete project closeout

Qualifications
- Education in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent experience
- Prefer minimum 5 years field construction management and leadership experience
- Problem solving, organization, communication, drafting and technology skills, contracts
