Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years’ reporting and analytics experience
Experience working in a rapidly changing environment
Experience to manipulate, store, and report on data via Excel and SQL
Proficient in SQL
Experience using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to communicate and present insights
Experience in building relationships and collaborating within a cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in a quantitative field, such as Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or Information Systems
Experience with HR and Recruiting data
Demonstrated organizational, time management, and communication skills
Demonstrated presentation skills
Experience dealing with ambiguity, needs to understand and react quickly to changing priorities even when not all the information is available
