Job Title: Technical Support Representative- GKE or GCP
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)
Duration: Full-time
Required Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience with one or more of the GCP Infrastructure technologies such as Compute
Engine, Kubernetes, Security, DevOps etc.
• Google Cloud (GCP) Certified Associate Cloud Engineer.
• Good hands on experience with Kubernetes – Advanced.
• Basic understanding of IaC offerings such as Terraform would be a plus.
• Understand customer issues, advocate for their needs with internal teams, including product and engineering teams.
• This is an on-call rotation role, it may require candidate to work in shifts and on weekends depending on project’s requirement.
