We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our client's growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and demonstrate expertise in various types of civil site design projects, including residential, commercial, municipal, and federal projects. This role requires an individual who can independently design and submit plans for review and permitting with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare civil site plans for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage and oversee project workflows, including design work, client communication, and permitting processes.
- Assist and mentor other project engineers, providing guidance on design tasks and project coordination.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Take on project management responsibilities to support the continued growth of the engineering team.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- FE certification required; PE license preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil site design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-related software.
