About the Role
As a Recruitment Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's hiring strategy and ensuring they attract top-tier talent. Youβll lead full-cycle recruitment, build strong hiring processes, and collaborate closely with leadership to drive growth. Beyond recruitment, youβll contribute to onboarding, hiring strategy, and talent operations.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment: Own and refine the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Sourcing & Outreach: Identify, engage, and attract top candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and executives to develop effective hiring strategies.

Talent Operations: Oversee recruitment metrics, refine hiring workflows, and ensure continuous improvement.

Onboarding & Culture: Support new hires' transition into the company and contribute to an outstanding employee experience.
