About the Role
As a Founding Software Engineer, you will be part of a small, dynamic team driving the development of cutting-edge AI tools designed to transform how businesses operate. This is a unique chance to shape the technical foundation of a growing company, working directly with the founding team in San Francisco.
Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, building, and scaling full-stack applications to support agentic AI solutions.
- Experimenting with and integrating the latest AI advancements and tools.
- Collaborating with the team to prototype and launch innovative features.
- Solving complex technical challenges with creativity and attention to detail.
- Contributing to the product vision, technical strategy, and architecture.
What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills:
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Backend: Python/Flask (strong Python experience required)
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with AI tools or interest in AI innovation is a bonus.
