Job Title: Home Health LVN/LPN • Day Shifts
We're seeking a skilled LVN/LPN for a 13•week Home Health Care contract. This full•time role involves providing quality patient care, collaborating on treatment plans, and maintaining safety standards.
Requirements:
• Valid MA LVN License
• 2+ years of Home Health experience
• BLS Certification
• Knowledge of OASIS; Homecare Homebase familiarity preferred
