Since 1954, our company has grown into a nationally recognized remanufacturer of heavy-duty driveline components. We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our Sterling Heights, MI location.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Lead and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Set and track sales goals, implementing strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
Branch Operations & Profitability:
- Oversee branch profit and loss (P&L), managing expenses and financial performance.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy, overseeing ordering, shipping & receiving, and parts delivery.
- Supervise daily operations, including workflow, logistics, and service quality.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5-6 employees to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven branch culture.
Customer & Vendor Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotes, and service needs.
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely product availability.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy-duty truck/semi-truck parts sales (REQUIRED).
- Strong leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and managing teams.
- Expertise in inventory management, order fulfillment, and counter sales.
- Ability to analyze financial performance metrics and improve branch profitability.
- Hands-on, problem-solving approach with a commitment to customer service and sales success.
