Our client is seeking an experienced JD Edwards Business Analyst with expertise in Distribution modules, including Advanced Pricing and Order to Cash, to join their team. This role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, optimizing JD Edwards functionality, and supporting system enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for JD Edwards Distribution modules, focusing on Advanced Pricing and Order to Cash processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into system configurations and process improvements.
- Configure, test, and implement enhancements within JD Edwards to improve pricing strategies, sales order management, invoicing, and related processes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, finance, and operations, to streamline order processing and pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user training materials.
- Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting related to distribution operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization to enhance overall efficiency.
- Lead or participate in system upgrades, implementations, and testing efforts related to JD Edwards Distribution modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience as a JD Edwards Business Analyst, specializing in Distribution modules (Advanced Pricing & Order to Cash).
- Strong understanding of sales order management, pricing structures, invoicing, and fulfillment processes within JD Edwards.
- Experience with system configurations, testing, and end-user support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
- Experience with JDE upgrades, integrations, or enhancements (preferred).
