The Dealer Sales Support is responsible for providing great customer service to our dealer network. They facilitate and promote marketing programs, triage incoming telephone calls, assist with dealer set-ups, and provide support to dealers and customers.
Essential Functions
- Triage and support various incoming calls, not limited to, online portal support, dealer account updates, and misdirected customers/dealers
- Responsible for gathering prospective dealer application information and processing set-ups for decisioned dealers
- Complete follow-up calls to assist in updating dealer account maintenance, sales information, and dealer compliance
- Help assist account managers with their region as necessary
- Performs various administrative duties including imaging files, printing documents, and compiling promotional packets
- Creation and sending of Welcome Packets, Aqua Bucks, and other dealer requested forms
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in Reporting, Sales, or Customer Service, or related work experience, required
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
