Job Description:
- Drafting, editing, and proofreading a variety of estate planning documents for distribution to clients and internal use.
- Managing time entries, billing, and transcription tasks.
- Maintaining electronic client files using document management software.
- Regular communication with clients to address needs and inquiries.
- Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and expense processing for attorneys.
- Supporting Trusts & Estates processes and handling other assigned administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in Trusts & Estates within a legal or law firm setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and expertise in proofreading and formatting legal documents.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities and remain resourceful under pressure.
