A growing, stable manufacturing and distribution is looking to hire a Quotations Specialist ASAP! This position is fully in office. Looking for driven candidates, preferable from manufacturing or distribution industry, that can offer exceptional customer service to their sales team.

Qualified Candidates MUST have:
- At least a year in sales support or customer service
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Processing new quote requests and managing changes
- Have exceptional communication and written skills
- MS Office Suite, intermediate Excel and PP
- Be able to collaborate with cross functional teams; accounting, engineering, sales and marketing
- Managing all order processing and shipments
- Run month end reports for sales team
- Managing deadlines
- Be able to pivot and understanding sense of urgency
- Personable, organized and go-getter attitude
