Equity Trade Support – Broker-Dealer
A well-established broker-dealer is seeking a Senior Associate Equity Trade Support to join their dynamic team. This role provides full post-execution support for equity trading activities, ensuring seamless trade processing, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a trade support or related role
- Strong hands-on experience with equity products and post-trade processes
- Familiarity with Pershing NetX360 is a plus!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Front Office, Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive post-execution trade support for equity transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate trade date allocations
- Oversee client account setup and maintenance across trading systems
- Continuously review and enhance operational workflows to mitigate risk and improve efficiency
- Assist with internal and external audits and operational reviews
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams to support business objectives
📍 Compensation: $110K–$130K base (depending on experience)
